Input the information in the appropriate fields, and the spreadsheet will alert you when the due date is approaching, and tell you when it’s okay to submit once all materials are collected. Alerts are provided at 30, 15, 10, and 5 days from the due date. When the date cell turns red,  the application is due in 5 days. This cell will turn green on the application due date. Used diligently – you should never miss an application deadline. A missed deadline is a missed opportunity!
