Therise Edwards is passionate about life-long education.Therise Edwards - Founder & CEO

She founded Teshley Solutions to offer families information and services to help advance their children’s success.

Ms. Edwards’ daughter graduated with a Master’s degree in Special Education at the age of twenty-two and without debt.

Ms. Edwards is the former Coordinator of Volunteers & Community Outreach for the Teaneck Public Schools. She is currently the Co-Chair of the New Jersey Civic Information Consortium and a grants committee member.

With over two decades of experience overseeing a volunteer tutoring program, Ms. Edwards learns firsthand the struggles students and their families face.

Our Approach

We tackle education from all angles. Learning should be a life-long process, but formal education must provide a strong foundation.

When issues or deficiencies arise, we help families overcome the problems with supplemental resources and knowledge about students’ rights.

Families learn to work within the system and to locate outside resources to achieve the best outcomes.
